We search in-house and beyond
Our own catalogue and owners who trust us. If it doesn't fit, we look with partner agencies, developers, and off-market sources.
A family agency in Calpe
Since 2005, we've been buying, selling, renovating, renting out, and managing homes as a family business. We're owners ourselves. So we look at every deal through what happens after the photo, the viewing, and the signature.
INFTOUR, a family estate agency in Calpe: on the Costa Blanca since 2002, building services and renovations since 2005, property since 2011, and INFTOUR SPAIN S.L. since 2016. Licences RAICV no. 3360 and API no. 1155.
Experience that's lived, not rehearsed
We don't promise a home is perfect. We help you understand what it actually is, what it needs — and whether it makes sense for your life.
Company timeline
The start of a journey on the Costa Blanca: the local market, the language, and the ins and outs of everyday life.
Started out as a self-employed autónomo: designing and installing utility networks.
Expanding the scope: from building systems to full property renovations.
Launched the property buying-and-selling side of the business.
That experience came together in a full-cycle company: engineering, renovations, construction, sales, and rentals.
Two viewpoints on one property
We combine higher technical and legal education with day-to-day practice in Spanish real estate.
The technical view comes from years of our own building work, installations, climate systems, and major renovations: we understand how a house is put together, and what the seller called “cosmetic” will actually cost. The legal view comes from a law degree and professional experience in tax and litigation practice: a legal adviser reads every contract before the notary sees it. That's part of our service, not a paid extra.
Our team includes a licensed agent with a university degree, in charge of the client area, reports, and everything that needs to run online — fast and without reminders.
“We don't stand in for every specialist. We know when to decide ourselves, when to ask — and when to bring in someone who'll sign a report under their own name.”How INFTOUR works
Before you hand over any money
Hands-on experience with installations, climate systems, and major renovations lets me see past the photos. Two of my inspections ended with “don't buy it” — I consider those the best work I've done.
Our own catalogue and owners who trust us. If it doesn't fit, we look with partner agencies, developers, and off-market sources.
Damp, cracks, terraces and roofing, electrics and plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, access — and “fresh paint over a problem”.
The real scope of the renovation and the logic behind its cost — before “potential” turns into a promise.
When a structural or planning report is needed, we bring in an architect, an aparejador, or an engineer — and say so plainly.
Our hands-on inspection doesn't replace a structural report, an official technical survey, or independent legal due diligence when those are needed.
A hub for transparency

Who pays, what's included, and what isn't — before the work starts, not after.
Thank you very much, David. It was a pleasure to accompany you in the search for your new home in Calpe. We are glad you were happy with the service and attention. — Inftour Spain
A low rating is a signal to us, not a verdict. If the review is real, we contact the client immediately, fix the cause and find a solution together. Below are real cases: what went wrong and what we did.
Our first holiday apartment had insects. However, the next day we were given another apartment. Thank you.
We moved the guests to another apartment within a day and treated the first one. Insects happen in a seaside climate — what matters is how fast it gets fixed.
One night our blind broke, but they answered the call right away and it was fixed the next morning. A wonderful holiday; we will definitely come back.
We answered the call at night and our technician came in the morning. In-house maintenance crews are exactly why a small breakage does not ruin a holiday.
When renting an apartment you have to come to their office to collect the keys and return them there as well; parking nearby is almost impossible.
We explained honestly why it works this way for now: office key handover gives security, control and a personal welcome. The remark went into our improvement plan — we are studying self check-in for returning guests.
Terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Within 48 hours a series of identical one-star reviews arrived — no dates, no properties, no specifics of any kind. We checked our client base: no clients with those names exist. We replied publicly to each one, filed complaints with Google and are disputing them legally. If any of them reflects a real experience, our office is open — we will sort it out directly.
They rent out holiday homes and can cancel your booking a day before arrival without any solid reason.
Our administrator replied personally, with an apology and his direct e-mail. A booking is cancelled only in extreme circumstances after every alternative is exhausted; after that case we upgraded the communication systems that had delayed our reply.
These are real client reviews from our Google profile: each author's name links to their profile where the review can be verified.

After the notary
We know what happens after the purchase because we're owners and managers ourselves: eight properties of our own, and around forty homes under management.
