You see what the site knows

Personalisation you control, not surveillance.

We primarily use what you've told us yourself. Activity within INFTOUR helps only with your permission, and never changes prices, availability, or terms.

Your local data

    Your criteria and notes may count as personal data. They stay in this browser and aren't passed to anyone on the team unless you prepare and send a summary yourself.

    Granular settings

    Choose without pressure

    Local history keeps continuity between listings. Measurement helps us improve the product. Neither option includes advertising or marketing — there are no ad networks on this site at all. External analytics won't load until you switch it on yourself, below.

    What we may use

    Clear signals.

    • Preferences that you type or select.
    • Favourites, comparisons, and saved searches.
    • Recently viewed homes — only if you've given permission.
    • Your language, currency, or area, whenever you choose them.

    What we don't need

    No hidden profiling.

    • Your browsing history on other websites.
    • Fingerprinting and covert identification.
    • Buying profiles from third parties.
    • Inferences about health, background, family, or creditworthiness.

    Three clear levels

    Personalisation grows only when you decide it should.

    01Anonymous context

    Referrer, page language, and the time and weather in Calpe. We don't need to know who you are.

    02Saved preferences

    Purpose, budget, areas, and favourites — you enter them yourself, and you can delete them.

    03INFTOUR client area

    Continuity across your devices and conversations with the team — with access and control on your side.

    —An IP address isn't memory

    Your address may briefly appear in security logs, but we don't use it to remember or profile you.

    Privacy policy

    How we protect your data and handle your personal information.

    How we protect your data and handle your personal information.

    At INFTOUR, we understand how important your trust is. The purpose of this policy is to tell users how our organisation processes personal data through this website, in strict accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

    Below, we explain transparently what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

    1. What data do we collect?

    To provide a flawless service and meet legal requirements, we may collect the following information:

    • Contact details: first name, surname, email address, and phone number.
    • Check-in data: passport or ID details for every guest staying. This is a mandatory requirement under Spanish tourism law, for reporting to the police.
    • Financial information: details for paying for a booking or a security deposit. Payments go through secure, certified banking gateways — we don't store your card details on our own servers.
    • Service usage data: information about your contacts with support or the AI assistant, so we can resolve your questions effectively.

    2. How do we use your information?

    Your data is used solely to make your stay comfortable and our interaction effective. We use it to:

    • process, manage, and confirm your booking;
    • communicate with you before, during, and after your stay (check-in instructions, answering questions);
    • meet mandatory requirements under Spanish law (official guest registration);
    • improve how our concierge service works, and personalise your future visits.

    3. Disclosure of data to third parties

    INFTOUR never sells or rents out your personal information. Your data may only be shared in the following cases:

    • Public authorities: local police or the Spanish Civil Guard, as part of mandatory guest registration (Parte de Viajeros).
    • Trusted partners: service providers (for example, payment systems or property maintenance services), strictly to the extent needed to deliver a specific service.

    4. Data security

    We apply modern technical and organisational security measures. Our systems are protected with SSL encryption, and access to guests' personal information is limited to authorised staff bound by strict confidentiality rules.

    5. Your rights

    Under European law (GDPR) and Spanish legislation, you have the full right to control your data. You can:

    • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
    • request corrections if anything is inaccurate;
    • request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”), when retaining it is no longer required under Spanish law;
    • withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications at any time.

    6. How to contact us

    If you have questions about our Privacy Policy, are concerned about the security of your data, or want to exercise your rights, contact a company representative however suits you: by email, WhatsApp, or at our office.

    Cookie policy

    Which cookies are used, why they're needed, and how to turn them off.

    This website uses first-party and third-party cookies to give you a more convenient browsing experience, let you share content on social media, and gather visitor statistics.

    You can prevent cookies from loading by setting your browser so they aren't stored on your device.

    As the owner of this website, we confirm that we do not use any personal information obtained through cookies; we only collect general visitor statistics, which do not include personal data.

    It's important that you read this policy and understand that by continuing to browse, you accept the use of cookies. In accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, continuing to browse means you consent to the use of these mechanisms.

    Data controller

    The party responsible for collecting, processing, and using your personal data in accordance with data protection law is the website www.inftour.com, owned by INFTOUR.

    What are cookies?

    Cookies are data files that a server places in the user's browser to collect standard information about online activity and visitor behaviour on the site. They are small text files stored on your computer's disk that recognise you when you return to the site. Their purpose is to record the visit and retain certain information. Their use is widespread, since they let pages work more efficiently and allow for greater personalisation and analysis of user behaviour.

    What types of cookies are there?

    Our website uses session and third-party cookies that store and retrieve information about your language, browser type, and other general characteristics you've set, and that track and analyse user activity so we can make improvements and deliver services more effectively and with greater personalisation.

    By how long they last, cookies fall into session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire once they've achieved their purpose (for example, keeping you logged in to INFTOUR services), or when they're deleted manually.

    Below are the Google Analytics statistics cookies. They are not currently set on this site: external analytics only connect once you switch on the “Optional analytics” option in the “Granular settings” block above on this page. It's off by default, and none of the cookies listed below are created without it. The table describes what will appear if you give consent.

    The site's own cookies

    These cookies are set by the INFTOUR site itself, not by third-party services. They remember the language, recognise a returning visitor and show which properties and pages attract interest, so the team can reply to the point rather than from scratch. The data is stored on our server in Spain, is not shared with anyone and is not used for advertising. You can opt out with the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser or by deleting these cookies.

    Beyond that, cookies are also classified by purpose as follows:

    Performance cookies

    They remember your preferences for the site's tools, so you don't need to set them up again on every visit. For example: volume settings for video and audio players, streaming speed compatible with your browser, and items saved in your basket.

    Geolocation cookies

    Used to identify your country when you request a service. This cookie is entirely anonymous and only serves to adapt content to your location.

    Registration cookies

    Created after you register or log in, and used to identify you within the services:

    • Let you stay logged in: after closing the service, the browser, or the computer and returning later, you remain signed in — making it easier to navigate without logging in again. You can turn this off with the “Log out” button, which deletes this cookie; you'll need to log in again next time.
    • Check whether you're entitled to access certain services, for example entering a competition.

    Some services may use social media connectors. When you log in through a social media account, you allow it to store a persistent cookie that remembers your identity and grants access to services until it expires. You can delete this cookie and revoke access by changing the settings within the social network itself.

    Analytics cookies

    If you've switched on optional analytics, a third-party analytics tool creates an analytics cookie on your device when you visit. It's used on later visits to INFTOUR services to identify the visitor anonymously. Its main purposes are:

    • identify users anonymously (cookies recognise browsers and devices, not people), and approximately count visitor numbers and visit trends;
    • anonymously identify the most-visited, and therefore most interesting, content; and understand whether a visitor is new or returning.

    Important: if you don't register with the INFTOUR service, a cookie will never be linked to personal information. These cookies are used only for statistical purposes, to improve how the site works.

    We have no advertising cookies

    We don't run advertising on this site and don't use advertising cookies — neither our own nor those of third-party ad networks. We don't build an advertising-interest profile, don't share data with advertisers, and don't connect ad platforms like DoubleClick. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy in advance and ask for your consent.

    How do I disable cookies in my browser?

    You can set up your browser to notify you when cookies are received, and, if you wish, to stop them being stored on your computer. You can also see which cookies are set, how long they last, and delete them. Details are in the browser guides below:

    If you want to stop Google Analytics from tracking your activity, use the official Google opt-out add-on.

    Updates and changes to this policy

    INFTOUR websites may change this Cookie Policy to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and to align it with guidance from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

    If we make material changes to this policy, users will be notified via the site or by email if they are registered users.
