- 2002 — the family settles on the Costa Blanca: local market, language and daily life from the inside.
- 2005 — work starts as autónomo: design and installation of engineering systems and utilities.
- 2008 — the scope widens from engineering systems to full renovations of properties.
- 2011 — real estate becomes the family business: buying and selling property.
- 2016 — INFTOUR SPAIN S.L. is founded, joining engineering, renovation, construction, sales and rentals in one company.
